Focusing on healthcare with a wide range in size of projects ranging from as high as over $100M and as low as $10M. Description

Plans and initiates polices and procedures Creates and reviews project schedulesPartner with client from preconstruction phase through closeoutDirect the support staff and coordinate with field crews and superintendents to ensure project deliveryCommunicates effectively, establishes and fosters relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors Responsible for forecasting and estimating costs and changes to costs for project completion Assist in hiring and mentoring new employees Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site

At least 10 years at a general contractor At least 10 years experience estimating as a project managerExperience leading projects $80M+Expereience leading 10+ individualsBachelor's degreeExperience in leading new or replacement hospitalsWork in IL healthcare Collaborative, team orientedFamiliar with STL market Ability to be a strong leader
